Listen, mama if you are anything like me you love a good relaxing bath that is full of steam, notes of eucalyptus in your aromatherapy diffuser. If you are looking for something relaxing to do at night when bored, run a bath and soak the stress away. I promise this is something you will thoroughly enjoy.

4. Create a gratitude journal.

Wow, so I couldn’t wait to mention this as a thing to do when you are bored at night, JOURNALING! Journaling is such a great way to dive into your inner voice and release the things that you are internalizing. Gentle stretching is such a fun way to loosen up your body, release stress and get the blood flow going in your body. Plus, let’s be honest there is something about putting comfy yoga pants and stretching that just makes you feel like THAT GIRL!
