    As a result, one of the major reasons that you are feeling stifled or stuck in life is because you have not done the work to get rid of the limitings beliefs that are holding you back.

    8. Find productive activities to engage in

    Mothers who find productive things to do while they are trying to start a new chapter in life will see much success. This is because they have an activity or cause to keep them motivated.

    Establishing routines and plans throughout the day is a great way to ensure that you will be successful in your new chapter.
